The RootLove Method
Is a holistic way of healing. The mind is an integral part of what occurs in the body. Our thoughts, beliefs and fears plays a major role on how we feel which has a powerful impact on what transpires in our bodies. When our emotions are not dealt with properly, disease and health issues will arise. The RootLove Method encompasses the mind and body connection, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness and chakra balancing.

The self healing classes are a 1 hour guided experience where the participants will move stuck or stagnant energy in the body through different modalities. Yoga poses, chakra healing music, sounds therapy, essential oils, affirmations and exercises will promote the flow of energy affecting the energy centres (Chakras), surrounding organs and body parts that are unbalanced and unhealthy.

Saturday June 28th
RootLove presents Curious Kids, a fun filled 2 hours that your kids will always remember. Their visit will begin with story time in the barn with Leo (our horse) and Stewart (our donkey). Up close and personal with our barn animals as the story teller reads to the children "The story of Leo and Stewart". A true story that will touch their hearts and share insightful life lessons. A little time will be spent petting Leo and Stewart before walking the trails and property chasing beautiful butterflies followed by catching frogs with nets at the pond. A sense of adventure, awe and curiosity will keep your kids loving every minute at RootLove connecting with nature and animals!

Sunday July 6th
The adventures of two boys and a horse. Unlikely outcasts who find devotion, honesty and bravery together in a troubled world. This creative event takes place in the Art Studio/Gallery on Sunday June 29th at 2:00pm-5:00pm. Th event entails spoken word, action poetry and film.
